Fixed price after discovery
Discovery is paid and short. At the end of it you get one number and one date. If we underestimate, that is our problem, not a change request.
ProTecSolutions
Off-the-shelf gets you eighty percent and then charges you forever for the twenty percent it will never do. We build the whole hundred, you own the code, and it costs less than you think.
If yours is a different shape, that is fine — these are starting points, not a menu you have to order from.
Pick the shape, add the features you need, set the pace. Cost, timeline and phase breakdown recalculate as you go, and you can copy the whole spec out at the end.
Indicative cost and timeline from real project data
There is no house framework we bend everything into. Pick a project shape and see what we would actually reach for.
What we would build it with, and why
Score each feature on impact and effort. The tool ranks them, plots the quadrant and tells you plainly which ones to cut. Most projects lose a third of the list here, and are better for it.
Impact against effort, plotted live
Discovery is paid and short. At the end of it you get one number and one date. If we underestimate, that is our problem, not a change request.
Not a status update, not a burndown chart. A working thing on a URL that you can open and use. If a sprint produces nothing demoable, something has gone wrong and we will say so.
Source code, database, domains, accounts. Handed over on completion with documentation. No hostage licensing, no per-seat fee for software you paid to have built.
If an off-the-shelf product genuinely solves it for a fraction of the cost, that is what you will hear. A bad-fit project is worse for us than no project.
Copy it out of the scoper and send it over. We will come back with a real proposal, or an honest reason why you should not build it at all.
