Do you work outside the UK?
Protection is UK-only, because it depends on our own application teams and stock. Software has no such limit — we have built for clients in several time zones and it makes very little difference.
Can we buy the product and apply it ourselves?
Yes. We supply direct and run a half-day training and certification session so your team can maintain between deep treatments. It brings the running cost down considerably.
What if the project needs to change halfway?
Requirements change, that is normal. What we will not do is treat every change as a billing opportunity. Swaps within the agreed scope are free; genuinely new scope gets priced separately and honestly.
Are you tied to a particular platform?
No. If Shopify or a Wix build genuinely solves it for a tenth of the price, we will tell you and help you set it up. Bespoke is the answer when off-the-shelf stops fitting, not before.
